historical Referral policy archive
From 2017 to 2025, the Maiyoo Keyoh operated
under its Natural Resources Referral Procedure Policy,
adopted August 13, 2017, and updated in 2022,
for proposed activities on the territory that may impact
the Aboriginal Title and Rights of the Maiyoo Keyoh.
That policy is retained below as a historical reference.
All current requests go through the Request for Permission (Whuz un'a Whuts'odilhti) under the IPCA. If you are a proponent or agency, start there.
Note: The map in this 2017 document shows the historical trapline boundary,
not the territory of the Maiyoo Keyoh.
For the current authoritative boundary, please see the Territory Map.
