HerStory

Taught Keyoh values by her grandmother, Sally A'Huille, Annie spent much of her childhood at Sally's family cabin at Tl’et’undli Buhn (where the water runs in and out from different directions). This upbringing instilled in her a deep connection to her heritage and community.

Annie is currently in her final year of completing her undergraduate degree at Thompson Rivers University (TRU), where she focuses on anthropology and sociology. She works in public communications and marketing. As a director on the board, Annie provides valuable advice to Keyohwhuduchun Petra A'Huille.

Her academic pursuits, combined with her dedication to the Maiyoo Keyoh Society, reflect her commitment to preserving and promoting the cultural and environmental values of the Keyoh. Annie's expertise in communications and marketing plays a vital role in supporting the society's mission and outreach efforts.
